On this tour, you never know what you are going to see next, but be sure to bring your camera, because you won't be disappointed.

Muhteşem Pamukkale (Gorgeous Pamukkale)

We arrive in Pamukkale after a bus ride of about 100 miles.

We arrive in a resort town, where we stay at a resort hotel, complete with pool and additionally, some huge hot springs pools. We only get to stay the Villa Lycus one night, so we have to take full advantage of our time.

Day 11. Moving on to our last stop on the tour.

Yoğun bir gün (a busy day) and we arrive in Pamukkale

Day 10  - continued. We traveled over 3 hours from Antalya to get here and add-in the stops along the way, it was a very busy day.  We wrap up the evening with a whirling dervish performance and dinner with the group.

The famous whirling dervishes

We went and saw a performance from the whirling dervishes.  Interesting.

Dinner with the group

Tonight, we enjoyed a buffet style dinner at the hotel with the whole group.  It was nice to sit down in a relaxed, informal environment where you could chat with group members and enjoy a nice selection of foods at the buffet.

Another Busy Day - Another Fun Day - daha sonra uyumak (sleep later)

Day 11 - No time to sleep now, the tour continues on with a stop at the ancient city of Hierapolis and a drive to our last destination Kuşadası.

Hierapolis Pamukkale

Travertines, ancient city, thermal pools, and more.

There is a lot to see here

As this sign shows, there are a lot of options and places to visit at Hierapolis.

Lunch on our own

By now you know the drill.  Lunch on your own but with the group at a pre-determined restaurant.  The restaurant is obam. You pay for what you want and pass on anything that doesn't interest you.  The grounds surrounding this restaurant were a lot of fun to explore and I noticed most of the group was enjoying the time wandering around and checking things out, getting a chance to stretch out the legs before loading back on the bus, ready to reach our last destination, Kuşadası.
